| Our monthly BBCI meeting is always on the first Monday of the month. As always, our members input in our MONTHLY meeting is always greatly appreciated. | Proudly, the Biewer Breed Club International is the only North American Biewer Club that has bred Biewer to Biewer exclusively since the club's inception. The Biewer Breed Club International is made up of a diverse group of dedicated Biewer Fanciers and Biewer lovers located around the globe. The BBCI is a club accepting of all people and welcomes them with open arms. We are a family of sorts, caring for one another and marveling at our love of our Biewers. The Biewer is an exquisite Companion/Toy Breed with a wonderfully sweet temperament that originated in Germany in the early 1980's. Our members volunteer their time, money, hearts and souls to make our club what it is, protecting and preserving the Biewer breed that we all love so much. |
| The Biewer Breed Club International (BBCI) encourages our members to be involved in exhibiting and showing in conformation. We are very pleased to say that the Biewers are being shown in the Rarities Category in both the United States and in Canada. We encourage involvement in canine obedience, freestyle and the many dog sports that are available, as well as therapy work. We are keen on including our youngest members to our precious breed. The registrations of our member's Biewers and puppies are sometimes from recognized, reputable and ethical German registries in addition to our own registry The Biewer Breed International Registry... The BBIR. Our members agree to keep our bloodlines pure and strive for ONLY Biewer to Biewer breeding. We do not intend to introduce the Yorkshire Terrier back into our lines like many still continue to do. We believe in only purebred Biewers. Protection of the Biewer and it's original standard are of the utmost importance to us with intent to hold true, the long term goals of the originator of this wonderful breed, We thank the Biewers' for their dedication to this breed and vow to continue their hard work here in North America and abroad.
